Co-Founder

Rick Morgenstern is the Co-Founder of Clarity Coaching Network, and Chairman of the Board of the company. Rick has been an entrepreneur and the founder and owner of several enterprises over the course of a 40-year business career. Rick is the President and co-owner of Peckham Ventures, whose sole operation is an independent bookstore called Morgenstern’s, located in Bloomington, IN. As the creator of Clarity Coaching Network, Rick brings his leadership experience to bear from his service in the premier men’s support organization in the world, the ManKind Project. In this capacity, Rick has coached, both one-on-one and in small groups, hundreds of men from around the U.S. His tenure in national leadership in the ManKind Project includes his chairmanship of the Council that oversees almost 1,000 local small groups nationwide in men’s support work, serving as the leader of regional leaders. Rick is the author of two books about growing us as a man: The Male Manifesto, and The Male Manifesto Vol II, the Spiritual Path. He is currently writing his third book in this nine-volume series. Rick holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Indiana University, Bloomington. Rick is married, in a blended family with six children and five grandchildren. His main interests are social innovation, writing, time with his family, and golf.

Bruce Noll

Bruce Noll

Co-Founder

Bruce is a Life Architect and Coach working with people who want change in their habits and their lives. His coaching methods appeal to those who already have a desire to change but would benefit from a seasoned coach who sees something in his clients that they don’t necessarily see in themselves. 

Bruce uses Positive Psychology techniques and exercises as well other facilitation skills to assess and identify a client’s strengths. He holds a certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in the Science of Wellbeing from Yale. He specializes in Wellness and Spirituality in both personal and group coaching.

Bruce is a C0-Founder of the Clarity Coaching Network and for the last several years he has worked as a Community and Area Leader in Asheville, NC, working with men as a community development consultant to the Greater Carolina’s Area of the ManKind Project as well as his private practice. 

Bruce is a retired logistics professional, a Certified Life Coach trained at the Certified Life Coach Institute, and he volunteers his skills and time to the Leaders for Leaders Mentoring Program at the University of North Carolina Asheville, where he mentors scholar-athletes.
